Our home fragrances are formulated to be safe for household use when used as directed.
As with all scented products:
• Keep out of reach of children and pets
• Do not ingest
• Avoid contact with eyes and mouth
• If anyone at home has allergies or scent sensitivities, start with light use and good ventilation

We truly want your home to feel like you. If something doesn’t feel right:
• You have 30 days from delivery to contact us.
• If the product is unused and in its original condition, we can offer an exchange or refund (minus shipping where applicable).
• If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Just email us with your order number and a brief description of what happened, and we’ll take it from there.

On average, our reed diffusers last between 6 and 10 weeks, depending on:
• The size and ventilation of the room
• How often you flip the reeds
• Temperature and humidity

For a softer scent, use fewer reeds and flip them less often. For a stronger scent, use all the reeds and flip them once or twice a week.

1. Remove the stopper from the bottle.
2. Place the reeds into the fragrance oil.
3. After a few hours, flip the reeds so the saturated ends are in the air.
4. Flip the reeds once or twice a week (or whenever you want a boost of fragrance).

Place your diffuser on a stable surface, away from direct sunlight, open flames, and out of reach of children and pets.
